The booking fee (30%) must be paid via a separate payment link within 12 hours of booking. The remainder will be charged to the boat by card, cash or Mobile Pay. If there are less than 72 hours before the start of the booking, the full price must be paid when making the booking. In this case, there is also no right of cancellation. Prices include VAT 14%. Prices are valid until further notice. Helsinki Cruising Charters reserves the right to make changes.

Cancellation conditions: If the cancellation is more than 72 hours from the start of the reservation, the full reservation fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is 72–12 hours from the start of the reservation, the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation fee. If the cancellation is less than 12 hours from the start of the reservation or the customer does not arrive, Helsinki Cruising Charters has the right to charge the customer the full price of the service. In the event of bad weather (average wind over 12 m/s, fog, thunder) both parties always have the right to postpone the reservation or cancel the reservation without costs.
